How do I place an order?

You can request a quote through our website: Press the ‘start an order’ button or You can call or message us here: (562) 506-2897

Once we receive your request, call, or text we’ll have one of our personal service representatives reach out to assist you with your order.

How do I pay for my order?

Once we ensure that all your order details are correct, we’ll email you an invoice where you can pay through our secure payment portal.

How much will it cost to get a design made for my project?

Our design work is completely free as long you place your order with us. Otherwise, design work will be charged at a rate $30/hr.

We’re happy to make changes to the design until you are completely satisfied. Our designers have a design turn around of around 2 days. Any design modification requests will take around 24 hours to complete.

What is your average order turnaround time?

Orders normally take two weeks to complete starting from the order payment date. Shipping may vary depending on location, but normally take 2-5 days to arrive.

How can I check my order status?

Our customer service representatives will keep you updated on your order status. Feel free to call or text them with questions with questions you may have.

What Apparel Brands do you offer?

We can print on most brands available on the market. The main brands that we work with are: Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Hanes, and Gildan.

Feel free to request a specific brand and we’ll work to accommodate you.

Do we work with non-Greek affiliated school clubs and organizations?

Yes, we do.

Do you offer a referral program?

If you refer a customer and they purchase an order from us, you will receive:

$100 off next order + one of the following:
- 6 x 2 banner
- 100 stickers
- Custom Instagram makeover for whatever event they are having (Profile picture, geo-filter, story, and post)
- Free t-shirts for the Executive board (small print on left chest only)
