Shipping
At Fratty Bear, we prioritize timely processing and shipping of in-stock orders. Orders will be processed within a timeframe of 14 to 18 business days after receipt of the order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon shipment, a notification will be sent to the customer.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as high volume of orders or postal service disruptions.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For general merchandise, ordering deadlines may vary based on selected shipping options.
Refund Policy:
At Fratty Bear, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. If you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please send an email to [email protected] to notify us. The final decision to offer a refund for the item(s) in question will be made at Fratty Bear’s discretion.
To ensure prompt resolution of any issues, we request that customers notify us of any defective or incorrect items within 10 days of product delivery.
Please note that Fratty Bear is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For shipping-related questions or concerns, we advise contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Additionally, Fratty Bear is not responsible for the treatment of products after they have been delivered, including but not limited to washing or wearing the products.
